Do you have a minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product form. For standard sizes we can start with lower quantities; for jobs that need a custom die, the quantity goes up a little so the die cost makes sense. Share your product and we can give you a clear minimum.

I don't have a design. Do you design it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A logo and a few reference images are enough. After we talk through the product's dimensions, the target shelf and your budget, we develop the box form and the print design.

How long is the lead time?

Accepted Answer

After design approval, standard jobs usually take 10–15 working days; jobs that need a custom die or special coating take a little longer. We confirm the shipping date at the order stage.

Are the boxes suitable for food contact?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For products in direct contact with food we use food-safe board and inks, and all our processes run under the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System. Recyclable material options are also available.

Do you ship abroad?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Today we ship regularly to 22 countries on 4 continents. Pallet plan, carton dimensions and labelling are agreed before shipment, and we prepare the customs documents.

What printing and finishing options do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer matte and gloss lamination, hot foil, embossing, varnish and window details. We decide together at the design stage which one suits your product.

Why can't I see prices on the website?

Accepted Answer

Price only makes sense once dimensions, board weight, print and quantity are settled together. That's why we prepare a quote for each project instead of a price list.
